How to Enroll

1. Download our forms by clicking here or request an enrollment packet by calling our Admissions office toll free 1-866-642-9237

2. Complete the application and all required forms, making sure all forms are signed and filled out completely. Be sure to review the checklist and make copies of all needed documents

Please note, -- if you are a Special Education student currently on an IEP, you must follow the pre-approval process before enrollment can be completed. (Pre-Approval information and forms are available in the enrollment packet)

Once you have completed your enrollment forms and have copies of all required documents, please mail all forms to:

Please note, Enrollments are not complete if any information or documents are missing!

BOSS Admissions department will process the application and call you with confirmation of acceptance; or contact you with any problems or missing information. It is important you do not withdraw your student from their previous school until you hear from us that the enrollment is complete! Your student will be contacted with all student log-in information, curriculum choices and scheduling.

All students entering Kindergarten for the 2012-2013 school year must be 5 years old by September 30th.

All Students entering First Grade for the 2012-2013 school year, must be enrolled by September 30th. No 1st grade enrollments will be accepted after that date.
